We are the first Company specialized in home inspections at Mexico. We have more than 15 years in the business and we now offer our services at Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta, Chapala and San Miguel de Allende.
As a result of the absence of an organism that regulates this process here in Mexico and our interest to provide a very professional service, we obtained the Certification of the AHIT (American Home Inspection Training Institute), we are the only ones certified in thermal inspection and we are also members of the InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). We adapted the inspection procedures to our way of construction.
To be able to make a very detailed inspection we use the most advanced technology like infrared cameras, gas leak detectors, moisture meters, radio frequency transmitters for pipes and the best technics to test all the important areas of the property. We use a specialized software to make our reports very professional and easy to understand.
